Zoe Elizabeth Sugg (28 de març de 1990) és una videobloguera especialitzada en moda i bellesa, escriptora i personalitat d'Internet. És més coneguda pels seus aficionats de YouTube com a Zoella.El 2011 va guanyar el Cosmopolitan Blog Award pel millor blog de bellesa i l'any següent el de millor Videobloguera de Bellesa. La Zoe també va aconseguir el premi al Millor Videobloguer de la Gran Bretanya dues vegades, el 2013 i el 2014, a la cerimònia dels Premis de Ràdio 1 a Adolescents del Regne Unit.
