Zoe Elizabeth Sugg (28 de març de 1990) és una videobloguera especialitzada en moda i bellesa, escriptora i personalitat d'Internet. És més coneguda pels seus aficionats de YouTube com a Zoella.El 2011 va guanyar el Cosmopolitan Blog Award pel millor blog de bellesa i l'any següent el de millor Videobloguera de Bellesa.
