CASO DE ESTUDIO
La metodología del caso es un complemento para la formación y para la docencia que, mediante el trabajo participativo en equipo, facilita la adquisición de conocimiento y la adopción de decisiones que, además -y esto es importante- puede ser contrastada. La descripción de una situación real proporciona la oportunidad de desarrollar una serie de habilidades analíticas, definiendo los problemas y organizando datos, habilidades para la toma de decisiones, de comunicación oral, de administración del tiempo y es estímulo para la creatividad. El caso facilita el aprendizaje rápido y efectivo a través de la preparación individual del estudiante, de la discusión en grupo reducido y el debate o discusión en clase.
El presente caso, CREACIONES CASPIEL, S.L., tiene por objeto presentar un caso de éxito de una empresa familiar dentro de un entorno cambiante y con orientación internacional.

PhD in Economics and Bachelors in Economics and Business Studies (specialisation in International Economics) from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Economic and environmental consultant, who has participated in the crafting of different regional and sectoral economic reports, for both public as well as private institutions. Speaker in different courses and seminars within the field of economic analysis and business, as well as the field of education. Former professor of Economic and Business Sciences at the Universidad Complutense and the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URCJ) in Madrid. She has published several articles and books related to economic issues. She is currently the Secretary General of ESIC. Previously, she has held leadership roles within ESICs Quality Control department in the areas of Undergraduate and Executive Education, which she has combined with her teaching in the Department of Economics at ESIC, in both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate areas.
